Jeff Von Deylen, President

Jeff Von Deylen is president of Savvis, a CenturyLink company, and oversees all aspects of the global managed IT solutions business, including sales, business development, marketing, product development and innovation, operations and customer service.

He previously served as senior vice president of global operations and client services, leading teams engaged in client lifecycle support. This comprised service transition, service operations and continuous improvement strategies for all product lines, including network, colocation, managed hosting and cloud solutions. He also oversaw infrastructure deployment and management, vendor management and client loyalty initiatives.

Jeff joined Savvis in 2003 as chief financial officer and board member. During his six years as CFO, Savvis experienced steady growth through several acquisitions, the raising of significant financing and the expansion of Savvis' data center and network footprint.

Before joining Savvis, Jeff held financial and corporate development positions at companies such as American Electric Power Co., GTS Telecommunications, Qwest Communications International and Arthur Andersen.

Jeff holds a bachelor's degree in accountancy from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

Pete Bazil

Pete Bazil, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Commercial Officer

Pete Bazil serves as senior vice president, general counsel and chief commercial officer for Savvis, a CenturyLink company. In addition to overseeing the enablement of Savvis’ commercial sales development and contracting process, he leads the legal function for Savvis and the CenturyLink Enterprise Markets Group (EMG).

Pete has been with Savvis for more than 10 years in various senior and executive legal roles. He previously was vice president, general counsel and secretary for Savvis, and vice president, legal, for the Enterprise Markets Group of CenturyLink.

Prior to Savvis’ acquisition by CenturyLink in July 2011, Pete served as Savvis’ senior legal officer, leading the legal team and advising the publicly held company and its Board of Directors on all legal matters including corporate governance, Securities and Exchange Commission reporting and compliance, capital markets/financings, complex litigation, and mergers and acquisitions.

Before joining Savvis, Pete served as associate general counsel for WAM!NET Inc. and as an associate with a full-service law firm based in Los Angeles.

Pete attended the University of California at Berkeley, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in economics. He holds a juris doctor degree and a certificate in dispute resolution from the Pepperdine University School of Law.

Marc Capri

Marc Capri is senior vice president of global advanced services at Savvis, a CenturyLink company. In this role, Marc oversees multiple lines of business, including consulting, service management and IT outsourcing. He is responsible for maintaining accountability for the comprehensive customer experience, from service transition through contract renewal.

Marc joined Savvis in 2005 as vice president of professional services in the Northeast. As the regional executive, he was responsible for P&L management, business development, customer relationships, enterprise delivery and strategic partnerships. Marc was named vice president of global hosting services in 2010, where he let hosting infrastructure, professional services, advanced engineering and consulting on a global basis. Most recently, Marc formed and led the development and deployment of the global service management organization, which strives to align client need to Savvis experience and expertise in North America, EMEA and Asia.

Prior to joining Savvis, Marc worked for Exodus Communications leading various customer facing efforts and AT&T Solutions, where he was responsible for the eBusiness Outsourcing Center of Excellence.

Siobhan de Leeuw

Siobhan de Leeuw, Vice President, EMG Finance

Siobhan de Leeuw is vice president of finance for CenturyLink’s Enterprise Markets Group, which includes the Savvis division and the CenturyLink Enterprise Network business.

Siobhan’s global finance team drives improvement in profitability and value through financial planning, analysis and decision support to the business.

Siobhan joined Savvis in 2004, holding various roles, including vice president of finance, vice president and corporate controller, and vice president of financial planning and analysis. She was promoted into her current role with CenturyLink in November 2012.

Prior to joining Savvis, Siobhan spent 16 years at Cable and Wireless, where she held a number of senior financial management positions in the United States and Europe, including vice president, corporate controller and acting CFO. Siobhan led the financial aspects of the restructuring and separation of Cable & Wireless USA from the Cable & Wireless group.

Siobhan has been a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (FCCA) in the United Kingdom since 1996.

Andrew Higginbotham

Andrew Higginbotham is chief technology officer for Savvis, a CenturyLink company. Andrew leads the cloud and technology organization for Savvis, overseeing strategy while driving a unified platform for services and products.

Andrew has been with CenturyLink for more than 10 years, most recently serving as president of the savvisdirect organization. He’s also served as vice president of strategic initiatives – data hosting and cloud, vice president of IT operations and vice president of IT customer applications.

Prior to joining CenturyLink, Higginbotham was the chief operating officer of Privista, focusing on Internet privacy and identity theft in the early days of Web adoption. Higginbotham has also held senior technical leadership roles in a variety of companies in the United States and the United Kingdom, including BellSouth and MultiSoft.

Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree in business studies from Swansea University in Wales, U.K.

Brian Klingbeil is chief operating officer for Savvis, a CenturyLink company. In this role, Brian oversees service operations, continuous improvement and expansion strategies for all product lines, including network, colocation, manage hosting and cloud solutions. He is also responsible for infrastructure deployment and management, vendor management and client loyalty initiatives.

Brian has worked at Savvis for 10 years, most recently as senior vice president of products, marketing and commercial development. He has also served as general manager of hosting, managing director of EMEA and vice president of finance and strategic planning.

A seasoned executive with more than 15 years of experience in the IT and telecommunications industries, Brian served as vice president of finance for GTS Telecommunications in Europe and held several key finance and planning positions at Qwest Communications before joining Savvis.

Brian studied engineering at Miami University and holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from The Ohio State University.

James Parker

James Parker is senior vice president of global sales and marketing at Savvis, a CenturyLink company. His duties include leading Savvis’ integrated global sales and marketing for new and existing clients, driving market share from global clients and unifying the go-to-market strategy for Savvis services.

James joined Savvis in September 2011 as senior vice president of Americas sales. He has amassed nearly 20 years of enterprise software sales, service and development experience during his career. He spent 13 years at Microsoft, most recently as general manager of the enterprise and partner group, Central Eastern Europe. In that capacity, James was responsible for more than $1 billion in sales of software and services across 32 countries, supporting of more than 1,600 corporate clients.

Prior to joining Microsoft in 1988, James worked as a consultant in Texas for Dell and American Medical Management. He also served as a senior programmer analyst and consultant with IBM in Italy and a software developer for Manitoba Telephone Services in Winnipeg, Canada.

James holds a diploma in computer programming and analysis from Confederation College and a master’s degree in business administration from Rotman Business School at the University of Toronto.

Mark Smith, Managing Director, Asia

Mark joined Savvis in early 2010 and is responsible for building a leading IT services and cloud computing business within Asia. He has spent almost 20 years in Asia learning, growing businesses and creating high performing teams throughout the region. Prior to joining Savvis, Mark held a number of senior leadership positions at Thomson Reuters Markets - Japan as President and Senior Company Officer for three years. He previously has held senior global and regional roles at Reuters - Japan, Bridge Information Systems - Singapore and Sungard - Hong Kong, where he was responsible for expanding sales and services growth across Asia.
